With the summer heat rolling in, exping is bringing you version 1.9.9, featuring a comprehensive upgrade to the Freeform Route feature. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking adventures, a citywalk fan who enjoys exploring urban landscapes, or a free-spirited traveler who prefers road trips, the Freeform Route feature can cater to all your needs. You can select a starting point and destination from existing locations, then easily create your personalized route using options like Tapping, Drawing, and Clipping.
Moreover, this update introduces a map data export function, allowing you to back up or share your creations by exporting them to your device, no longer being limited to online maps.
Advanced Freeform Route Features
In oder to accommodate various use cases, we’ve added a “Align Route” toggle at the top of the interface. If you want your route to automatically align with roads on the map, simply turn on “Align Route”. If you prefer to draw routes in your own custom shape, turn it off.
