Before your exp+ membership expires, exping will notify you via in-app messaging - system notifications that your exp+ membership is about to expire, and you can renew your exp+ membership by subscribing again. If your exp+ membership has not been subscribe or renewed by the time it expires, exping will terminate the exp+ membership.
Exp+ Membership Services will provide members with a wide range of exclusive and value-added membership services. exping reserves the right to adjust the service at any time, subject to availability.
Exping reserves the right to suspend or terminate the exp+ membership service to you if.

You understand and agree that some members will not be able to use the "continuous subscription" method to automatically extend the exp+ membership service due to contractual restrictions on the user's software version, device and operating system.
If you breach this Agreement or the exping Terms of Service, exping has the right to take one or more of the following actions:

Exping takes the protection of minors very seriously. If you are a minor, you should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of a guardian and obtain the guardian's consent to purchase and use the exp+ membership service.
Guardians should advise their children on safety issues that should be considered before they go online. If a guardian agrees to a minor using the exp+ membership service, they must apply for the purchase in the guardian's name and provide proper guidance and supervision of the minor's use of the exp+ membership service.
The use of the exp+ membership service and the exercise and performance of the minor's rights and obligations under this agreement are deemed to be approved by the guardian.
The laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the formation, entry into force, performance, interpretation, amendment, termination and dispute resolution of this Agreement (for the purposes of this Agreement only).
This Agreement is entered into in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between you and the Company, the parties shall endeavour to resolve it amicably, and if negotiation fails, you agree that the dispute shall be submitted to litigation in the People's Court of the place where this Agreement is entered into.
The exping Member Continuous Subscription Service Rules ("Rules") are deemed to be attached to the exping Member Service Agreement and in the event of any conflict between the Rules and the exping Member Service Agreement, these Rules shall prevail.
